Plus jamais, j'ai acheté un jeu récemment sorti et impossible de lancé le jeu.. Après avoir contacté les développeurs, ils m'ont confirmer sur la clé était une clé frauduleuses surement acheter illégalement et revendu et donc ni eux, ni le revendeur ont voulu faire quoi que ce soit.. Je me suis retrouver à, acheter le jeu 30 balles sur Kinguin puis 43 balles sur Steam donc il m'est revenu à 73euros.. En plus de ça, un prix est afficher ici et une fois dans le panier, le prix est bien plus cher..
Never again, I bought a recently released game and couldn't launch it... After contacting the developers, they confirmed that the key was a fraudulent one, probably bought illegally and resold, so neither they nor the reseller wanted to do anything... I ended up buying the game for 30 bucks on Kinguin, then 43 bucks on Steam, so it came to 73 euros... On top of that, a price is displayed here and once in the shopping cart, the price is much higher...

site honteux, football manager acheté 30€, et comme par hasard plus dispo et remboursé en bon d'achat sur le site. de nouveau dispo après le remboursement et bien évidemment plus cher à 40€. c'est tout simplement une honte, dernière commande sur ce site de voleurs.
shameful site, soccer manager bought 30€, and as luck would have it no longer available and refunded as a voucher on the site. available again after the refund and obviously more expensive at 40€. it's quite simply a shame, last order on this thieves site.

Jamais eu de soucis avec Kinguin qui reste le site que je privilégie dès que je peux, toujours reçu mes clefs instantanément et toujours fonctionnel, RAS de mon côté.
I've never had any problems with Kinguin, which remains the site I prefer whenever I can. I've always received my keys instantly and they're always functional, which is fine with me.

Des frais bancaires cachés car la transaction n'a pas lieu en Europe donc un prix de vente au final plus cher que la concurrence. Service client indisponible en français. Je me souviendrai de ne plus acheter chez eux, à moins d'avoir un prix d'achat bcp plus faible qu'ailleurs mais c'est pas gagné. Mise à part l'escroquerie que représente les frais cachés, la clé a été reçue rapidement et elle fonctionne sans problème.
Hidden bank charges because the transaction does not take place in Europe, so the final sale price is higher than the competition. Customer service unavailable in French. I'll remember not to buy from them again, unless the purchase price is much lower than elsewhere, but that's a tall order. Apart from the hidden charges, the key was received promptly and works without a hitch.

Jamais le prix annoncé sur DL COMPARE, toujours plus cher. Codes promo ne fonctionnent pas (genre) Et ils ajoutent des tonnes de frais qui, en fin de compte, rende le jeu (ou les cartes pré-payées) à peine moins cher, voir plus cher que si vous les aviez acheté sur le site d'origine.
Never the price advertised on DL COMPARE, always more expensive. Promo codes don't work (like) And they add tons of fees that, in the end, make the game (or the pre-paid cards) barely cheaper, even more expensive than if you had bought them on the original site.

j'ai eu mon remboursement, j'ai racheté une clef avec l'argent qui m'a été rendu sur ma balance Kinguin (ils m'ont pas remboursé sur mon compte en banque mais sur mon compte kinguin un peu comme si j'avais utilisé une carte cadeau de la valeur du remboursement, je crois que c'est possible de leur demander après coup de transférer le remboursement sur le compte en banque mais j'en ai pas eu besoin) et cette fois j'ai eu le bon produit. La vérification a demandé 1h donc faut patienter un peu ^^
I got my refund, I bought a key with the money that was returned to me on my Kinguin scale (they didn't refund me to my bank account but to my kinguin account, a bit like if I had used a gift card for the value of the refund, I think it's possible to ask them afterwards to transfer the refund to the bank account but I didn't need to) and this time I got the right product. Verification took 1 hour, so you'll have to be patient ^^.
