Site qui demande une certaine prise en main puisque parfois les règlements ont l'air frauduleux. Il faut donc toujours se munir de preuves telles qu'une captures d'écran de chaque étape pour se faire rembourser quand ça se passe mal. Cela ne m'est arrivé qu'une seule fois en un an.

J'ai acheté une clé steam le samedi 31 mai 2025 , la clé été invalide, je contacte vendeur sur kinguin, il me demande des captures écrans ... pis de contacter steam pour savoir quand la clé à été utilisé et par qui ? sauf que steam ne me donne pas toutes ses infos. Là les jour passe, je met eval negative sur trustpilot et sur dl compare. Une personne de dl compare me contacte et prend le dossier en charge. Grâce à eux j'ai obtenue réparation je tiens donc à remercier l'équipe de DL compare
I bought a steam key on Saturday May 31, 2025, the key was invalid, I contact seller on kinguin, he asks me screenshots ... then to contact steam to know when the key was used and by whom ... except that steam does not give me all his info. As the days went by, I put eval negative on trustpilot and on dl compare. Someone from dl compare contacted me and took charge of the case. Thanks to them, I've been able to get my problem fixed, so I'd like to thank the DL compare team.

Les clés fonctionnement parfaitement avec une vitesse de réception instantanée. J'ai eu un pack de 2 jeux avec les 2 clés sur la même commande. Il faut savoir que les 2 clés seront séparées par une virgule. Ex.: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, yyyy-yyyy-yyyy REDEEM SEPARATELY. Il faut copier en premier la clé "xxxx" puis valider et ensuite valider avec la clé "yyyy". GJ ;)
The keys work perfectly with instant reception speed. I got a pack of 2 sets with the 2 keys on the same order. Please note that the 2 keys are separated by a comma, e.g. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, yyyy-yyyy-yyyy REDEEM SEPARATELY. First copy the "xxxx" key, then validate and then validate with the "yyyy" key. GJ ;)

Non ça ne marche pas sur tous les Intel la liste est indiquer tout en bas avant que tu achètes la clé malheureusement je ne suis pas allé jusqu'à là je me suis arrêté à Intel

Salut j'ai eu exactement la même que toi avec le même jeu il ne veut pas me rembourser pourtant j'ai bien un Intel mais pas le bon j'avais malheureusement pas vu les petites lignes même Paypal ne m'a pas remboursé pourtant j'avais ouvert un litige

Plus jamais, j'ai acheté un jeu récemment sorti et impossible de lancé le jeu.. Après avoir contacté les développeurs, ils m'ont confirmer sur la clé était une clé frauduleuses surement acheter illégalement et revendu et donc ni eux, ni le revendeur ont voulu faire quoi que ce soit.. Je me suis retrouver à, acheter le jeu 30 balles sur Kinguin puis 43 balles sur Steam donc il m'est revenu à 73euros.. En plus de ça, un prix est afficher ici et une fois dans le panier, le prix est bien plus cher..
Never again, I bought a recently released game and couldn't launch it... After contacting the developers, they confirmed that the key was a fraudulent one, probably bought illegally and resold, so neither they nor the reseller wanted to do anything... I ended up buying the game for 30 bucks on Kinguin, then 43 bucks on Steam, so it came to 73 euros... On top of that, a price is displayed here and once in the shopping cart, the price is much higher...
