Steam's Turn-Based RPG Fest offers you a ton of free demos and great turn-based games to check out

Valve's Steam service is currently hosting a game category sales event, this time focusing on turn-based strategy games and RPGs. The sale will be ongoing until Oct. 7, offering discounts on a variety of titles suitable for gaming on your PC.

The event follows the familiar format of genre-specific sales, providing discounts, demos, and information about upcoming games. It also serves as an opportunity for developers to stand out in a crowded market where thousands of games are released each year.

There is a vast number of discounted games on Steam, so it's advisable to visit the platform to receive personalized recommendations based on your preferences and play history. However, if you need assistance in selecting standout titles, we're more than happy to help.

Some of the notable discounts include XCOM 2 at 95% off, Monster Sanctuary at 75% off, Marvel's Midnight Suns at 75% off, Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus at 70% off, Songs of Conquest at 50% off, Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader at 40% off, and Octopath Traveler II at 40% off.

In addition to the game discounts, you can also check out some free demos of many games that are taking part in the event, including the above mentioned Octopath Traveler II. This game is a next entry in the OCTOPATH TRAVELER series, the first installment of which was initially released in 2018 and sold over 3 million copies worldwide.

You can check out the event on Steam. It runs until October 7th so you better be quick. And as always, remember to check out on our comparator so you can secure the finest deal on your next favorite game.
