Star Wars Outlaws patch adds cross-progression saves

Star Wars Outlaws is one of those games that you either love or hate. Ubisoft's first attempt at tackling the huge universe of the popular sci-fi saga generated very high expectations ahead of its release. However, the experience it provides to the players varies depending on many factors. Many consider that the game is a very good approach to the franchise, especially coming from Ubisoft, which has proven that it has a tendency to stick to a certain type of gameplay in its games. Whether you love the game or not, there is something that everyone who bought the game agrees on it can use some fixes and improvements in certain fields. Stealth mechanics seem to be considered "too punishing" by some, and that is just one of the fields that Ubisoft has tried to solve with the latest patch.

Title update 1.1.2 is here

The latest update for Star Wars Outlaws introduces a plethora of fixes and changes. While most of them belong to the technical side, and include improvements to frame rate drops, support for cinematic scenes on ultra-wide screens, and others. When it comes to gameplay, the most significant change is that "some challenging stealth moments" have received "tweaks and improvement". A few details have been provided regarding those tweaks. Kay Vess will be less likely to be noticed when rolling and the level of detection has been lowered in some locations. These changes are a step in the right direction that should appeal to those who found the game to be too hard.

Title update 1.1.2 also introduces cross-progression saves via Ubisoft Connect, which will allow players to keep their progress when switching from one platform to another. In any case, you will enjoy an improved Star Wars Outlaws experience due to the bug fixes and stability and performance improvements that the patch brings across all platforms.
