Overwatch is free for a whole week
It´s already almost three years since Overwatch was launched and it's still doing quite good. The first-person shooter from Blizzard has expanded quite a lot since it's release, adding plenty of customization options, seasonal events, new characters to play, and more features that complete a great multiplayer PvP shooting experience. The game originally launched on May 24, 2016, but the events for the third anniversary are starting a bit earlier. Overwatch anniversary event kicks off tomorrow and it comes with a free trial that will allow players to experience all that the game has to offer for a whole week. But trying the game for free is not the only thing you are getting. Each day during the celebration week a different seasonal event will be up for you to play on Arcade mode. Also, three new different legendary skins will be added to the game and many different cosmetic items that were no longer available will be brought back so players can get them from loot boxes. There will be new dance emotes for three of the characters that have been added in the recent months to the game, the cowgirl Ashe, the cybernetic vehicle piloted by a hamster Wrecking Ball, and your favorite combat medic Baptiste. As a bonus, anyone that logs into the game during the anniversary week is going to receive a free legendary loot box that contains a guaranteed legendary item.

As usual in these cases, any kind of progress that you may achieve during the free trial will be saved if you decide to buy the game once the free week has ended. You can access the free trial and download the game visiting Overwatch official page, and remember that if you want to buy Overwatch you should check our comparator to find the best prices for the game on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
