Nobody thought that Astro Bot would become one of the big releases of this year but Team Asobi has managed to create an exceptional platformer that also serves to advertise Sony. The game offers an exciting experience that builds on the classic mechanics of the genre. With its colourful and detailed graphics, a myriad of special bots to rescue, and a trusty robotic dog companion, the game lets you navigate a variety of worlds as you jump, dash, and dodge enemies and traps in an exciting platforming adventure.

 

 

Astro Bot has caught the eye of a sizeable community that has found the game to be exactly the type of experience they were looking for. This catapulted the game to the top of the sales charts, where it has been sitting comfortably for a while. However, Team Asobi has more things in store for the fans, including the release of extra additional levels that will be available for free to all those who own the game.

New levels are incoming!

Astro Bot is receiving a series of new speedrun levels and bots to rescue starting today. A total of five new levels and ten characters inspired by popular video game characters will be available to all players in teh coming weeks. The developer has confirmed the release time for these new scenarios that will put to the test your skill with a series of platforming challenges. Also, Team Asobi has confirmed that the first two bots that will be unlockable are Eve from Stellar Blade and the Helldivers.

Every level will pose a different type of challenge but they all will be available at no additional cost. If you already own a copy of Astro Bot you just need to update the game.
