Ghost of Tsushima has become quite a success this summer and many players have immersed themselves in the epic adventure that pits a single man against a whole army of Mongol invaders in the Japan of the 13th century. The island of Tsushima is a breathtaking place that serves as a scenario for an adventure that leaves nobody indifferent, as the samurai Jin Sakai has to choose between following the traditional ways and adopting a completely different combat style that allows him to face the Mongol army. But if you have already dedicated some time to explore all the possibilities that Ghost of Tsushima offers, you will be quite happy to know that Sucker Punch has announced a new update for the game that will add a lot of content to the game.
Ghost of Tsushima Legends is a free update coming this fall. It will introduce a new online co-op multiplayer mode for up to four people that is separate from the original story and "focuses on four warriors who have been built up as legends in stories told by the people of Tsushima". Players will be able to choose between four different classes, each of them with different abilities: Samurai, Hunter, Ronin, and Assassin. A minimum of two players will be needed to take on the different story missions that the Legends mode will include, and a total of four if you want to attempt the more difficult survival missions. But that's not all. Shortly after Ghost of Tsushima Legends is released a new four-players raid will be available too. It will take players to a new realm to confront a very powerful enemy.
All of this content will be free to all players that own Ghost of Tsushima. We expect to know more details about Legends in the following months, including the abilities of the different classes and the launch date for the update.
