Developed by Funcom, Dune: Awakening aims to immerse players in the richly detailed universe of Frank Herbert's classic science fiction series, promising a unique blend of survival and exploration in the harsh deserts of Arrakis. According to Funcom, the largest beta event for Dune: Awakening will run from 9th-12th May. Players participating in the event will have access to all of the game's features and will be able to experience the first chapter in the story. On the occasion of the beta announcement, a brand new official video showcasing the story has been published recently. Dune: Awakening reimagines the original story in the novels and films to explore a path where Paul Atreides didn't exist.
