After a slight delay, the new gameplay mode for Ghost Recon Breakpoint will be available by the end of this month. Ubisoft has been struggling to find the right path for the game since it was released five months ago, and it seems that this could be the last opportunity to improve the game experience turning it into what the players were expecting. Ghost Recon Breakpoint has received a lot of critics but the launch of the new Ghost Experience gameplay mode intends to put an end to those by completely changing the game by removing tiered loot and gear level, as well as adding a lot of tactical options.
Once the upcoming update is released, players will be able to choose between three different gameplay modes in Ghost Recon Breakpoint. The Regular Experience will allow you to play the game exactly how it was once it was released. The Ghost Experience radically changes the way you play Ghost Recon Breakpoint to make it more immersive. In this mode, the interface is reduced to the bare minimum, there is no level progression equipment, and both health regeneration and resources are limited. Although this mode will be played in normal difficulty by default the limited options will make it quite more challenging than what players previously experienced. Anyway, if you want to modify the settings and tailor the game experience to your liking you will also be able to change in-game parameters and mechanics in the Custom mode.
Since you can change those settings anytime and as many times as you want you will be able to try different combinations until you create the perfect Ghost Recon Breakpoint experience for you without being forced to restart the game every time you want to try something new.
The Ghost Experience seems to be a step in the right direction and it's probably all that Ghost Recon Breakpoint needed from the start to claim its rightful place as a great game in the Ghost Recon series.
