In Blades of Fire, you assume the role of Aran de Lira, the firstborn of the King’s Ward, on a daring quest against the newly crowned Queen Nerea. She commands a horde of fearsome abominations and has unleashed a devastating spell that turns steel into stone making all weapons capable of damaging her soldiers brittle. Powerless against her hordes, you need to look for a way to battle these creatures and restore the kingdom.

In this adventure, you will develop your skill as a weaponsmith to combat these threats. You’ll enhance your forging skills by discovering Forge Scrolls that allow you to craft personalized weapons from seven families with over 30 unique scrolls. The materials and designs you select will affect your weapon's weight, length, durability, and effectiveness against armor.

Blades of Fire features a dynamic combat system that lets you target specific enemy body parts. Your companion, Adso, also offers combat insights and speaks the ancient language of forgers, which will prove to be an invaluable help in your quest.
