Instead of recruiting them at a Warcamp, you can get them at Volund’s Forge, which replaces the regular Forge.
The Clan of the Horse also has its own Relic and has the ability to forge a second Relic. Their abilities include mining and forging more quickly, gathering lore when mining, and boosting their production by placing a Relic. They also gain a third level of upgrades to their watchtower.
