    A spiritual retreat goes terribly wrong, and now you must survive the cosmic horrors unleashed in the “psychedelic action horror” game, The Chant. You and several other guests have arrived at a remote island paradise for a journey of spiritual enlightenment. Through the white garments, the candles, and the various rituals you partake in, you start sensing something amiss. Before long, the rituals open up a gateway to another world called the Gloom, a place that turns negative energy into a nightmarish reality. Soon the entire island is besieged, and you must somehow fight off the Gloom’s otherworldly creatures and find a way to escape.
