Orcs Must Die 3! takes place 20 years after the events in its predecessor. The Sorceress and the War Mage have rebuilt the Order in order to keep protecting the portals that connect the Dead World and the world of humans. As in previous installments in the series, hordes of goblins and orcs will try to traverse those portals and your mission will be to block their advance by any means possible. Orcs Must Die 3! is a tower defense game that adds a twist to the mechanics that you can usually find in other games in the genre by letting you impersonate a hero that takes part in the defense of a fortress under attack. You will be able to fight against the orc invaders by yourself in third-person view and plant traps to stop your enemies from reaching the portal inside the fortress.
Orcs Must Die 3! features a wide range of new traps and deadly contraptions, new weapons to massacre the orcs with, and plenty of new scenarios and game modes to make your tower defense experience unique in every game. It does not matter how you do it, but the orcs must not reach any portal to invade our world. Of course, the orcs have also learned some tricks since the first Orcs Must Die! game was released, and you will have to fave evolving monsters, flying enemies, and more in this thrilling take on the tower defense genre.
