Endzone: A World Apart is a building and management strategy game that will put you in command of a community of survivors that have survived a nuclear apocalypse. In the year 2021, a series of terrorist attacks on nuclear facilities ended with the world immersed in chaos. Groups of people managed to take shelter in underground facilities that would protect them from radiation but it's been already 150 years since that. You will be the one in charge of leading one of those communities as it emerges from its shelter and takes on the long and perilous process of rebuilding a settlement on the surface. The environment around you is vaguely familiar after so much time isolated and you will have to secure a place to build your settlement from scratch, guiding the survivors as they rebuild, explore and try to survive in the new lands.
The nuclear apocalypse has affected the world and climate, wildlife and the environment have changed a lot. You will have to take care of your water and food supplies by building the facilities needed for that, including fields to grow your own crops, a hunting lodge, and more. Once you have your basic needs covered you will have to think of expanding your settlement and maybe sending groups of people to explore the territory around it. They may be able to find invaluable treasures among the remains of the civilization that got destroyed by the radiation.
As the game progresses, you will have to keep an eye on the radiation levels and the unforgiving weather, which will put to test your management skills and can potentially destroy your settlement with terrible sandstorms or acid rain.
