When two iconic studios join forces to create a game, you simply get a real masterpiece. In 2013 Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was born from a collaboration between Level-5, the founder of the Professor Layton series, and Ghibli, the animation studio created by Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata.
Five years after the success of this first album, it is time to put the cover back with Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom!
Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is the sequel to Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch and takes place a few hundred years after the events of the first episode.
In this role-playing game you will be immersed in a rich and enchanting world where many people, cats, mice, and humans live together. You play as the young king of the felines, Evan, who after a coup was banned from his kingdom, as well as his people. You will then have to build a new kingdom, but for that, you will have to rally your five neighbors. You will not be alone in this quest, your faithful companions will be there to lend you a hand. You can even recruit advisers, as well as new subjects. But that's not all, strange little creatures called Higgledies will also help you during your adventure.
Like any good JRPG, Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, offers you a vast world to explore, whether by land, sea or air. Of course, fighting has a central place. Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom features real-time battles, which have been greatly improved since the first game. You will be able to bring to your enemies a great variety of strikes, hand-to-hand, or using your skills. Your companions will be with you to support you during the battles, as well as the Higgledies, who will be able to make you benefit from different boosts to attack or defense.
In addition to a catchy scenario and thrilling battles, Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom will seduce you with its animation graphics, but also with a sublime soundtrack composed by none other than Joe Hisaishi, the composer of Miyazaki movies. For all fans of the genre, Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, is a title not to be missed!.
